DESCRIPTION
The AWS Manufacturing Operations Transportation Operations and Reverse Logistics team (MOTOR) manages AWS and 3rd Party (3P) Supply Chain activities that include the following operations: 1) Inbound supplier-owned component warehousing and finished rack storage 2) Server and Rack assembly and 3) Reverse Logistics operations. In support of growth, in both scale of operations and portfolio of services, we drive the standardization of space planning, design and construction, periodic service and preventative maintenance, and security of our portfolio of global operations functions across our Supply Chain Facilities.
We are looking for an experienced, customer obsessed Technical Program Manager (L6) who is able to collaborate effectively with a technical team and be responsible for key aspects of the customer experience on new Liquid Cooling technology enablement for Server and Rack Test. In this role, you will lead the definition, and shepherd the development, of new features as well as important optimizations to the facilities. The role is inherently cross-functional: you will work closely with a high-energy team of hardware engineers, program managers, user experience designers, QS, customer service leads as well as internal & external stakeholders across the company. This role is a good fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is both creative and technical, and who is sensitive to (or understands) the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences. A successful candidate will be a hands-on technical program manager with an established background in delivering complex projects, has strong technical ability, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The successful leader in this role will demonstrate the ability to drive facility upgrade and new green field building projects while simultaneously exploring new technologies and business models. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- 5+ years of cross functional project execution experience.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years supply chain, logistics or direct fulfillment experience.
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
