As a Candidate Experience Manager, you will play a key role in managing a team of Candidate Experience partners. You will lead the alignment of delivering a premier candidate experience journey, focusing on a consistent, efficient, data-driven, and positive impact on candidates who interview at The Trade Desk.

The candidate experience team members are experts at curating the end-to-end interview process and champions of the candidate experience while being hands-on in day-to-day operations of all interview coordination.

What you will be doing:

  1. Provide day-to-day management and leadership of North America candidate experience team as well as partner with Director, Candidate Experience, and other global leaders of the Talent Acquisition team.
  2. Lead the hiring strategy, onboarding, and training of the candidate experience team while recommending resource alignment and workload balance across the function.
  3. Anticipate future team needs as growth continues and business demands change.
  4. Provide data insights and key metrics pertaining to the candidate's experience.
  5. Inform the recruiting strategy and ensure a quality approach to data integrity and candidate data.
  6. Build effective partnerships with Recruiting leadership to support current and future business requirements.
  7. Lead and develop project initiatives to streamline the interview process.
  8. Have a global mindset for consistency while bringing forward specific business unit nuances and needs to inform and scale.
  9. Track metrics to improve productivity and efficiency.
  10. Use your national and global perspective and experience by understanding legality, and the different jurisdiction requirements pertaining to background checks, offer letters and onboarding.
  11. Understand key stakeholders' objectives, have insight to the business and have confidence holding senior level conversations.
  12. Effectively navigate ambiguity through diligent decision-making.
  13. Other duties to support the success of the talent acquisition team as needed.

What you bring to the table:

  1. 4+ years experience working in a Talent Acquisition organization.
  2. 2+ years of people management or leadership experience. Self-directed problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving process.
  3. Experience in reviewing and analysing operational data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  4. Experience in prioritizing and managing workload.
  5. Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, experience partnering with leadership and executive teams.
  6. Strategic thinker with data analysis and experience partnering with leadership on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives.
  7. Ability to maintain trust, confidentiality, and thoughtful discretion with all levels of staff and candidates.
  8. Genuine passion for the recruitment profession and/or talent operations, while possessing the drive to make a difference in our growing business.
  9. An eye for the “white glove” experience and a customer service mindset.
  10. Microsoft Outlook experience is necessary.
  11. Greenhouse ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience a plus.
  12. A sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize.
  13. A positive attitude with a dedication to problem solving and delivery.
  14. Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  15. Extremely solid attention to detail, communication skills, sense of ownership and responsibility to be a change agent to make us all better.
