Job Description:
As a Call Center Agent at Lift Forward Direct, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their needs, resolve issues, and provide relevant information to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer calls and address queries, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and transactions.
  • Meet personal/team targets for customer satisfaction and call handling.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
