Let's talk salary. The salary range for this position starts at $80,000 and goes up to $150,000 , based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package valued between $13,000 for a single employee and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family.

Still not convinced? We are seeking a passionate Systems Engineer to support the decomposition and allocation of requirements. This role will ensure program requirements are clearly defined and customer expectations are met.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Agile management/collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with model-based system-engineering tools - Cameo Systems Modeler, Magic Draw, Enterprise Architect.
- Knowledge of IT, computer system infrastructure, data communication, and network systems.
- OMG-Certified SysML Professional (OCSMP) certification.
- Security+ certification.
General Responsibilities:
- Participate in system requirements reviews and maintain documentation.
- Identify potential system interface requirements.
- Review engineering documentation to validate specifications.
- Produce and maintain system engineering models using UML and SysML.
- Produce artifacts to support customer objectives.
- Participate in project/program technical risk analysis and mitigation.
- Work effectively and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
General Required Skills:
- Experience applying model-based systems and digital engineering procedures.
- Experience with UML/SysML modeling languages.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Experience with systems engineering aspects such as requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, the ideal candidate would possess an active DoD Secret level clearance.
