Badger Truck and Automotive Group is looking for a highly motivated and talented Automotive/Truck Detailer- No experience necessary. Applicant should be able to meet the busy schedule of our Used Truck Department. You will be responsible to make sure that all vehicles are cleaned inside and out before being delivered to our customers in a timely manner with customer requests completed to their full satisfaction. Responsibilities:
• Clean and refurbish used trucks prior to delivery to customers, including minor repairs, painting wheels/bumpers, cleaning carpets/floors, cleaning windows, buffing and polishing vehicles as needed.
• Inspect all units thoroughly.
• Maintain our dealership's standard of excellence in quality and service.
• Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment.
• Report any damage or issues to the General Manager.
• Maintain shop capacity, efficiency, and productivity.
• Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Precise attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record, CDL a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment MVR, and drug screen.
