1st shift 5:45am-2:15pm Monday- Friday ( with possible OT) Pay: $18 per/hour
2nd shift 1:45pm- 10:15pm Monday-Friday (with possible OT) Pay: $19 per/hour

Position Overview: As a Bakery Production Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our baked products, adhering to both customer and internal specifications.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run Continuous mixing line and Pita line according to customer/internal specs.
  • Perform equipment inspections, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and report repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Conduct testing based on customer/internal specifications.
  • Record data at required intervals and ensure traceability with Lot numbers.
  • Make necessary equipment adjustments for company efficiency and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness through general housekeeping and equipment cleaning following the matrix.
  • Conduct changeovers to prepare for the next product run.

Food and Personnel Safety Related Job Duties:

  • Follow Company food safety and personnel safety procedures from annual training.
  • Alert the Supervisor to any mechanical problems or unsafe conditions.
  • Notify QA and Management of any food safety issues or concerns.

Other Responsibilities: Perform tasks assigned by supervision/management.

Required Training: Completion of food safety, personnel safety, and positional training.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Stand/walk on feet for up to 8 hours or more.
  • Effective English reading/writing skills.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages).
  • Ability to work in warm environments.
