Responsibilities
- The Vice President Sales will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales, leading a direct sales team of about 30 people and our channel of distributors and reps
- This executive will continue an emphasis on value-based selling backed by a large team of wireless applications experts to create innovations our customers value in high-growth and innovative segments such as network infrastructure and consumer electronics including: smartphones, tablets, IoT devices, etc
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that encompasses direct and indirect channels to deliver on revenue and margin goals for existing and new customers and products
- Develop and maintain account strategies based on market analysis, senior-level account relationships, technology exchanges, and a global ecosystem perspective
- Guide the prioritization of investments in applications and product development
- Drive worldwide strategies connecting consumer brands and contract manufacturers across multiple regions
- Provide direction to the sales support functions including customer service, sales operations, product logistics, order processing, and inventory management
- Provide the recruiting, training, and development programs to encourage teamwork across the region(s) and enable the entire sales and marketing organization to succeed
- Participate as a member of LitePoint’s executive staff in guiding the overall business
