River Rock Academy in Shiremanstown, PA is seeking a qualified Case Manager to work with students, their families, and outside agencies to help develop and implement Individual Support Plans. This position may provide group and individual counseling to students in the Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide counseling to students
- Document all communications within the student database
- Prepare all required reports for students on their caseload
- Maintain contact with the student's family and outside agencies
