Our sales team is expanding and looking to capitalize on its continued success. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our growing team. The Enterprise Account Director is responsible for the full sales cycle of high-value customers, from prospecting to closing and account management. This position will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
This is a full-time, Chicago-based hybrid position.
Responsibilities include:
- Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with upper-middle market and enterprise companies.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close to account management for upper-middle market and enterprise companies.
- Achievement against a sales quota to hit ambitious revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing clients.
- Work closely with Customer Success post onboarding to upsell and grow sold accounts.
- Execute outbound strategies with a Sales Development Representative to create and nurture opportunities.
- Work with Aeropay leaders from multiple functions (e.g., Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Finance) as a core stakeholder on the sales team.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy.
About You:
- 6+ years of sales experience, ideally with a FinTech or SaaS company, with a track record of top performance.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
- Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations.
- Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role.
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience selling an API product is a plus.
- Experience selling in payments or selling bank aggregation or fintech products is a plus.
