Corima is a progressive Mexican restaurant from Chef Fidel Caballero in the Lower East Side/Chinatown. Corima highlights the cuisine of northern Mexico which includes a 10-course tasting menu, as well as an a la carte dining option. The beverage program looks to familiarize NYC to northern Mexican spirits, like sotol and bacanora, while providing an extensive natural wine list, beer, and signature house cocktails.
Currently, we are looking for experienced servers to join our team. A base knowledge of Mexican cuisine, agave, natural wine, and spirits is all a great addition to your resume. Experience in previous tasting menu formatted restaurants is a big advantage, but not a must. We are looking for someone with 4 day availability between Tuesday-Saturday with the restaurant being closed Sunday-Monday.
