About this role:
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Transplant Services you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. ? In this role you will support Intermountain Medical Centers inpatient Kidney Transplants services
- This position includes relocation assistance up to $7,500 based upon distance
- You will practice at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah
- Your hours will be (5) 8-hour shifts per week, with a possible option of a (4)10-hour schedule based upon operational needs
- This position will not take call

What youll bring:
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
AANP or AAPA certification
2 years of experience as APP strongly preferred, no new grads please
Active, unobstructed Utah license, or the ability to obtain one
BLS certification and DEA
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
