Summary:

The ideal candidate has strong project management, data analysis, communication, and collaboration abilities, along with experience in ABM tools and advertising platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own day-to-day ABM campaign execution, such as coordinating content updates, collecting required campaign deliverables, and handing them over to our agency for setup, editing creative files, creating/editing ad copy, and getting approvals from internal teams.
  2. Collaborate and partner with the Senior ABM Practice Manager on campaign strategy, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing, outreach sequence copy, campaign reporting and builds, and creative development to ensure the effectiveness of strategic accounts.
  3. Identify the most effective marketing content/messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts.
  4. Develop and provide ongoing sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (demand-gen, sales, brand, digital agency, marketing operations, product marketing, campaigns) to gather campaign feedback and share key insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in executing multiple channels B2B marketing campaigns for enterprise software/SaaS companies.
  2. Proficiency in CMS/landing page builders.
  3. Experience working with creative contractors/digital agencies and an eye for design.
  4. Execution of campaigns across all digital marketing areas, including paid social, display, outreach sequences, direct mail, and Marketo email.
  5. Proven ability to think strategically and execute with exceptional attention to detail, from ad creation to setting up and testing Salesforce campaigns.
  6. Reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze ABM programs is required.
  7. Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and employing marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement is necessary.
  8. Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and builds relationships with key stakeholders within marketing and sales teams.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
