This position is responsible for the ongoing delivery of supplier management activities to govern suppliers. Functional responsibilities to execute on the supplier management framework include relationship management, as well as risk and issue management. This position will partner with internal business areas and suppliers to ensure expectations and contractual obligations are met. Additionally, this position will serve as a liaison between Supplier Management and Information Security.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in managing supplier relationships OR 6 years of experience in managing supplier relationships.
2. Experience managing contracts, customer relationships, and suppliers.
3. Ability to execute while navigating customer relationships.
4. Ability to simplify and standardize general intermediate concepts/processes toward tangible results.
5. Ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
6. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions.
7. Analytical thinking and problem solving.
8. Adaptability/ability to manage change.
9. Teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Health Care Management.
2. Advanced education or certifications in Supplier Management, Risk Management, Information Security.
3. Prior experience in Information Technology, Health Care Management, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Government, Insurance, and/or Healthcare.
4. Knowledge of Government Programs (Medicaid/Medicare).
5. Knowledge of Regulatory requirements (Medicaid/Medicare or Legislation).
6. Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy compliance.
7. Health care management experience.
