The e-invoicing and tax reporting market is currently undergoing a transformative shift, presenting an interesting growth opportunity for PIKON as an international SAP consulting company. As governments around the world announce e-invoicing and tax reporting mandates, businesses are increasingly seeking advanced solutions to streamline their processes and ensure compliance with ever-changing regulatory requirements. For this reason, more than 5 years ago, we established our “PIKON Competence Center for Legal Requirements” (PIKON CCLR ) with a strong focus on the SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC) solution to help SAP-using customers all around the world achieve compliance.

Great! We are looking for an experienced person to lead and expand our Competence Center for Legal Requirements.

What you will be doing as our Business Unit Manager for E-Invoicing & Tax Reporting:

• You provide strong leadership and direction to the team.
• You oversee daily operations and ensure the team's goals are met.
• You work closely with our sales and marketing team to generate leads through meaningful campaigns and content generation.
• Together with our sales team, you prepare and conduct sales presentations and product demos for potential customers.
• You take an active role in RFI/ RFP processes.
• You communicate periodically with our customers regarding e-invoicing challenges and tax reporting issues worldwide.
• You are involved in Project Management for e-invoicing and tax reporting customer projects.
• You support recruiting initiatives to expand our PIKON CCLR team.
• You are responsible for market analysis, trends identification, and content generation dedicated to PIKON’s business for e-invoicing and tax reporting compliance.
• You support the further development of our e-invoicing and tax reporting proposition.

Who we are looking for

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a background in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Taxation, or Tax Law.
• You have a background as a Senior Consultant or Manager. Any leadership experience is a plus.
• You have experience with Project Management.
• You act as an inspirator, motivator and thought leader who can foster a positive and productive work environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (both verbal and written). Any knowledge of German is considered a plus.
• You understand regulatory requirements related to e-invoicing and tax reporting and have a general interest in IT technology with SAP software.
• You feel at home in an international environment and a fast growing, dynamic and no-nonsense team.
• You are a strong team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with our sales, marketing, HR, recruiting, and management team.
• You are a strong communicator and love networking with new prospects, existing customers, your colleagues, and our partners.
• You have an ownership mentality and the ability to achieve desired results together with your team.
