Job Title: Data Analyst II

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Seattle, WA, USA

Pay Range: $48 - $50 per hour

Description of responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for:

Manage all aspects of Order and Fulfillment Management

Triage blockers for orders as flagged by internal ordering system

Track multiple deliverables / tickets with internal partners to closure

Manage Order and fulfillment related instances such as PO modifications

Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it's a global team

Engage with Business, Vendors and Internal stakeholders for Procurement and Fulfill PO requirement

Analyze PO data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Superior analytical skills, with ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions

Having advanced MS Excel and office is a must requirement. Ability to manage data sets (create VLOOKUP and Pivots).

Job Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 3-6 years of capacity experience.

Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.

2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order and Fulfillment Management

Fluency in standard software including MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
