Photographer and Videographer

Clearance : Moderate Risk Public Trust

Location: Hybrid - 3 days on site in Washington, DC / 2 days remote. Additional in-person days, as well as nights and weekend work, may be required, based on scheduled events.

Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Photographer and Videographer to support our contract with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). The Office of Public Affairs and Strategic Communications (PASC) coordinates public affairs and strategic communications for both domestic and international audiences.

ECA designs and implements educational, professional, and cultural exchange programs that advance United States foreign policy goals. Responsibilities/Duties :

• Provide on-site support for videography for an average of seven events per week, using ECA's professional digital videography equipment.
• Provide professional video filming and editing using Adobe Creative Suite, with potential same-day or next-day delivery after events.
• Produce videos with intentional and strategic messaging, including interviews, event recaps, promo videos, and more.
• Execute full production plans, including creating and presenting concepts, generating production schedules, and drafting scripts.
• Successfully direct talent or interview subjects for video packages.
• Create video process guides and tips for program offices, and conduct virtual or in-person trainings as directed.
• Ensure videos are captioned and 508 compliant.
• Foster a positive customer experience through clear communications.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years professional experience as a video producer.
• Bachelor's degree with a focus on creative arts.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, videography, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expert-level experience working on and with Macs.
• Experience working in broadcast as a video editor.
• Experience in public diplomacy or international relations.
• Forward-thinking approach to technology and video content.
• Experience in creating and translating creative briefs into final products.
• Familiar with producing custom animations and post-production skills.
