Job Description
AMCL, a T&T company and global leaders in Asset Management, is looking to recruit a Senior Asset Management Consultant into the Team with a particular focus on digital advisory capabilities. The role will support the delivery of a variety of consultancy and transformation projects for high profile infrastructure organizations across multiple sectors. The role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of projects including asset management capability improvement projects, asset information projects and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work as a Senior Consultant within the delivery team and support the implementation of business transformation projects including asset management consultancy, training, and information projects.
- Work independently, lead, or collaborate with the wider US or global team to deliver the complete lifecycle of asset management transformation projects, from sourcing to project closure.
- Consult with clients in the improvement of their capabilities with a focus on asset management and asset management systems.
- Lead and manage the delivery of Asset Management projects for clients in line with the AMCL project governance requirements.
- Identify and manage business development and sales activities including identifying new opportunities, supporting bid work, proposal writing, and presentation development.
- Deliver project work, including but not limited to, facilitating internal and external workshops, writing reports, and delivering presentations.
- Develop and produce Asset Management products on behalf and in collaboration with clients.
- Contribute to leading thinking on emerging business and asset management topics.

- Business Process Mapping - ability to facilitate and document as-is and target state business process maps including optimizing processes for EAM implementations.
- Requirements Management - proficient in eliciting business and functional requirements and requirements traceability management across client and multiple third-party project teams throughout the lifecycle of project and program delivery.
- Asset Information - ability to work with clients to elicit and document asset information standards, asset hierarchies and asset class specific information requirements.
Qualifications
- Understanding of data, technology and business process maturity journeys from assessment to improvement roadmap development.
- Demonstrable passion for data and technology solutions with an understanding of how digital capability can drive value for infrastructure businesses.
- Experience of working in one or more infrastructure Asset Management organizations and knowledge of the phases of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and its enablers, e.g. asset information & asset risk.
- Relevant experience in at least one of infrastructure management sector: transport, energy, utilities (incl. water), or real-estate.
- Experience engaging all levels of an organization interpreting their needs and communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of the need for technology and data including sponsorship and developing businesses cases that consider whole-life value.
- Experience in delivering technology and data solutions client side and/or as part of a management consultancy, systems integrator, or solution vendor.
- Knowledge of the technology marketplace and specific Enterprise IT applications across infrastructure design, delivery and operations (EAM, ERP, GIS, CRM, BIM etc.)
Advantageous Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in a consultancy organization and directing the delivery of consultancy programmes and projects.
- Knowledge or awareness of data specification approaches including external data standard adoption (Uniclass, IFC, ISO19650, ISO14224 etc.), Building Information Modelling, ontology definition, data modelling and dictionaries.
- Knowledge and understanding of Information management frameworks including data quality management practices, e.g. ISO 8000.
- Experience in technology architecture and optioneering including Enterprise Architecture design principles, e.g. TOGAF, C4ISR etc., and Target Operating Model / Business Model design and implementation.
- Experience directing and applying business and data analysis methodologies including BPMN 2.0, UML, process mapping etc.
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is$140K-$175 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
