Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg in Clare, MI

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Specialty:** Med Surg
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 12-hour days, every other weekend/holiday
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 2+ years of experience required
**License:** Michigan State License
**Certifications:** BLS (AHA)
**Must-Have:**
- Med/Surg observation experience required
- Recent traveler experience is highly preferred
**Job Description:**
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
- Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed.
- Interpret and record medical measurements.
- Monitor patients' vitals.
- Report adverse reactions to medications timely.
- Complete required profiles:
- Skills checklist, current within one year, pertinent to the specialty.
- Two supervisory reference forms, obtained within the last two years.
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility.
