We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Consult with and answer client inquiries via phone and email.
Introduce products and prepare quotations for customers.
Process and follow up on orders.
Prepare shipping documents for outgoing orders and monitor incoming shipments.
Generate reports as required.
Handle general office paperwork and work with invoices.
Manage inventory control, including backorders.
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments.
Create sales material to present to customers.
Qualifications:
Confident, inquisitive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
Responsible, with a willingness to learn.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Deadline-focused with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and web-based software.
Experience with OMS is a plus.
Ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
