Safely operates all material handling equipment.Accurately completes all associated paper work. Moves product into a trailer or storage unit, is responsible for visuallyinspecting incoming and outgoing warehouse products to determine acceptability forshipment and/or receiving of product.Reads labels and or printing on product containers and associated documents. Countsand calculates quantity of product to verify accuracy of shipment.Must be able to consistently meet company safety, accuracy and productivity standards.Steps into the driving position and uses full range of peripheral vision to operate aforklift or pallet jack in an accident free manner.Uses brooms, mops and other cleaning materials (including solvents and soaps) to cleanwork area. Completes any other functions that may be assigned.QualificationsEmployment Requirements:High school diploma or GED.One to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinationof education and experience.Language Skills:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively communicate, present information in one-on-one and small groupsituations to customers, clients, leaders, and other team members of the organization.Ability to use effective problem solving skills and make decisions using availableresourcesMathematical Skills:Ability to use mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication anddivision in accordance with production paperwork.Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, anddistance.Physical Requirements:Ability to operate sit down and stand-up fork lift trucks.Ability to wear personal protective equipment and/or clothing.Sit 8 or more hours per day.Stand/walk 7 or more hours per day.Continuousl y talk/hear throughout the day.Frequently bend, reach, twist/turn and grip/grasp.Frequently use eye/hand coordination and use handling/fingering to handle boxes, usehoses or tools.Occasionally kneel/crawl, squat or climb.Occasionally use eye/hand/foot coordination when handling film carts.Occasionally use fine motor tasks and taste/smell.Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs for an entire shift from floor level to shoulder height.Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs 50-100 feet.Push film cart requiring 25 lbs of force 100 feet.Machines/Tools/Equipment/Software:Bump cap, hair net, safety glasses
