What does a great Account Manager, Enterprise do?
This commercial role will support the Director, Strategic Account Management on specific growth and share of wallet initiatives for one of our top-tier, strategically important, high volume Enterprise clients within NORAM. This includes assisting as necessary with technology upgrade projects, helping to facilitate executive events and other engagement activities, and providing coordination as needed with account business operation activities.
Responsibilities include:
  • Own the contract management and execution for a high-profile, top-tier customer account.
  • Develop framework to visualize a complex contract and coordinate activities to track performance and delivery to contract terms and conditions.
  • Represent the face of the contract across the organization, orchestrating frequent cadence across various internal teams and resources including but not limited to, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Tech Ops, Travel Partners, Procurement/Sourcing and others.
  • Build key stakeholder relationships and ensure required notifications, key deadlines and deliverables, SLAs and other contractual commitments are effectively communicated and executed as needed
  • Take swift action to identify risks as they arise and take preventative measures to mitigate. Ensure account team are advised and are actively involved in working to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure commitments of the customer account are met and raise awareness of any expected misses
  • Proactive engagement with customer and internal stakeholders to deliver on key objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Share best in class processes and templates across the wider Global Agency Sales Organization
  • Ensuring rigorous account management practices such as coordinating QBR's, supporting the Travelport+ upgrade process, administering financial and industry reporting, and ensuring accurate billing.
  • Maintains complete and up to date account plans as necessary,achieving buy-in for plans with the customer.
  • Additional support for the account team as needed.
Who we are looking for in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce or equivalent. Minimum of three years working experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably with a travel technology or software company.
  • Possess a high degree of self-motivation, confidence and assertiveness - always willing to give it your all.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, possessing confidence and assertiveness.
  • Ability to interpret and articulate contractual clauses.
  • Strong commercial understanding of the Travelport business model, core drivers & technology requirements.
  • Strong functional/technical knowledge of Travelport platform.
  • Understanding of the travel sector including but not limited to Loyalty Travel, Online Travel Agencies (OTA's) and TMC's (Travel Management Companies) is a plus
  • Ability to assess/analyze situations, grasping complexities and identifying issues, applying sound judgement.
  • Although no direct people responsibility, must be comfortable working with cross-functional resources

Salary Target/Range: $75,000-$80,000
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
