The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the company's growth in roofing, remodeling, and construction services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients, providing them with expert guidance on roofing, remodeling, and construction projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the Kitsap and Poulsbo markets.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and initial consultation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies as needed.
• Ensure that all sales operations are conducted with the highest level of transparency, integrity, and professionalism.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to company leadership on a regular basis.
• Represent Integrity Roofing & Construction at local industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen the company's reputation in the community.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of roofing, remodeling, and construction processes and products.
• Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of the Kitsap and Poulsbo markets is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
