Job Requirements / Description
Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include reprographic services, and shipping and receiving
- Maintain and monitor tidiness in break areas
- Stocking the break areas with refreshments and general supplies
- Take inventory of office supplies; identifying when to replenish and how much
- Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments
- Receiving material shipments and re-stocking, keeping storage spaces orderly
- Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed
- Take directions from supervisor or site manager
- Participate in cross-training
- Provide backfill as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google suite preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn various programs and applications
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and policies, and company safety standards
- Accountability to meet the employer's attendance policy
- Ability to take and follow directions
- Professional presence
"The pay range for this position starts at $17.50/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
