Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Account Technician to collaborate closely with our Small Business and Large Business Account Managers, Department Managers, Producers, and Insurance Companies. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and excellent service within our team.

Work Arrangement : This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to our office located in Attleboro, MA.

Professional Responsibilities :

  • Process New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, and Audits per company and agency guidelines.
  • Invoice transactions received from carriers.
  • Coordinate policy delivery by preparing policies and creating binders for CP and Large Accounts.
  • Provide technical support to Account Managers and Producers.
  • Assist with small business claims follow-up and management.
  • Assist with the creation and issuance of Certificates.
  • Process incoming correspondence (mail, email, fax) accurately and promptly.
  • Follow up on open activities in a timely manner.
  • Maintain AI & TAM files accurately and consistently.
  • Report any unusual or potentially damaging situations to the VP of Business Development.
  • Assist with tasks as directed by agency management.
  • Attend departmental and agency meetings as required.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Property and Casualty License preferred but can be obtained upon hire
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work every time
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, staying organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
