The Chicago office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Antitrust group.

Job Requirements:

  • McGuireWoods is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience and a demonstrated background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling.
  • While premerger experience is essential for this position, associates will be able to participate in all aspects of the practice and can expect to receive significant responsibility early on.
  • Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, large firm or relevant government agency experience is preferred.
  • Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered.
