Dental Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant at Maryland Center for Periodontics and Dental Implants in Pikesville, MD. We are looking for someone with energy, attention to detail, and someone who is personable. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance during dental procedures, performing oral care and sterilization, and providing dental assisting support to the dental team.

Qualifications

• Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care skills
• Sterilization and dental assisting experience
• Knowledge of dental procedures and equipment
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• X-Ray certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a dental office is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
