Position: Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes to drive the bank's financial performance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within the banking sector and will work directly with executive and senior management.
Location: LaGrange Banking Center
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

1. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making.
2. Prepare and present regular financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to management.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
4. Assess and evaluate loan and deposit pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
5. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide insights on financial performance and budgetary issues.
6. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
7. Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
8. Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance efforts as needed.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact the bank's financial performance.

Requirements
Education and Experience: Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. Experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
