Our client is seeking an Event Planner Assistant to join their team in Burbank.
- Pay $26/hr
Responsibilities:
- Adding and updating in-person screenings across LA, NY and all regional markets.
- Managing and updating the screening caps per guild and group for each individual screening
- Monitoring all guild and critics groups RSVPs along with cancellations and waitlists through the Swoogo RSVP software.
- Sending out confirmation emails for attendees ahead of each screening – including all relevant information needed – and assisting the team in updating attendees.
- Uploading assets and materials on the website (Q&As, featurettes, press articles, etc.)
- Pulling screening RSVPs for the teams ahead of each screening.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- In the streaming, events background or awards
- Swoogo: RSVP software not required but a plus
- High school or equivalent-AA preferred
