Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Marketing Events Manager to join our in-office Marketing team. The perfect candidate could have experience at a wedding planning agency, a startup, or a related organization. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience with creating, managing, and directing high-level events. As the Event Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for executing compelling events that align with Levelpath’s brand and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other departments within to develop, execute, and implement creative events that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy that encompasses participation in conferences, trade shows, industry events, networking sessions, and hosting exclusive events to engage and build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Oversee all event logistics, vendor management, event timelines, budget, tracking, and venue selection.
  • Maximize webinar impact by organizing and managing webinars that drive reach, engagement, and conversion for sales, utilizing best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling event promotional materials, giveaways, and on-site collateral.
  • Develop and coordinate pre-event, in-event, and post-event demand strategies, to ensure that all events generate high-quality awareness and pipeline.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on event goals, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from event attendance to lead follow-up by working closely with the sales team on outreach strategies.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge metrics to measure event success, focusing on creating benchmarks that address common industry challenges in event marketing and provide more accurate evaluations of event effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of events.
  • Work full-time in our San Francisco office, collaborating closely with the Levelpath team.

What Excites Us About You

  • Hands-on, super detail-oriented, and an infectiously positive attitude.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably within tech.
  • Experience managing events and aligning demand strategies around them.
  • Super strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure event success based on KPIs, including demand and conversions.
  • Strategic thinker who is obsessed with growing Sales MQLs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external vendor relationships.
  • You possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: We are a dynamic Series A company that thrives on in-office collaboration. Our in-office environment fosters spontaneous conversations, swift decision-making, strong team bonds, and comprehensive cross-functional learning. Therefore, this position requires full-time, in-office presence (5 days a week). However, we understand the need for flexibility for personal reasons (e.g., doctor's appointments, deliveries, etc.) and accommodate such occasions as needed.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is ($115,000- $150,000) .
