Job Summary

As the Account Executive, you will lead the charge in developing and executing innovative digital campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of digital solutions into our clients' overall marketing initiatives. As a strategic partner for our clients, you will play a crucial role in translating their business objectives into actionable and effective digital strategies.

This role can be remote or a part of our Chicago or Detroit office.

General Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into overall client campaigns.
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable digital strategies.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including but not limited to social media, online advertising, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Implement data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations.
  • Integrate new ideas and technologies into client strategies, ensuring a competitive edge and continuous campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Creative, Analytics, and Technology, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital campaigns.
  • Effectively communicate complex digital strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive with a focus on digital campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decision-making and optimize digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional client management skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing client needs and industry dynamics.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and trends.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $50,000 to $85,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
