A global ERP systems development and implementation company is currently seeking a HR Generalist/HRBP to work onsite at its US office in Alpharetta . This is a new office location and the HR role with consist of managing daily HR operations as well as implementing new policies and procedure to promote a “high-performance culture.”

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for North and South America affiliates and ensure compliance with state, federal and international regulations
  • Partners with company leadership and HR Manager to implement HR initiatives that support the companies’ long-term objectives
  • Assists in the ongoing administration of HR programs related to succession planning, performance management, total rewards/benefits and learning & development
  • Acts as trusted advisor in coaching operations supervisors on subjects related to employee relations, performance management and disciplinary action
  • Aligns department with organizational growth and change through talent acquisition and employee development strategies
  • Revise and implement new HR policies, processes and strategies that aligns with organizational growth and change
  • Provides company leadership with accurate reporting and metrics that identifies need for organizational change and demonstrates program effectiveness
  • Utilize reporting tools to acquire and analyze metrics to support data driven decision-making

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Minimum 6 plus years of human resources experience with a technology or professional services organization
  • Previous experience in managing tactical responsibilities as well as designing and implementing strategic HR programs.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to Human Resources
  • Strong understanding of change-management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong working knowledge of talent strategy related to talent acquisition, workforce planning and talent development to support organizational growth and change
  • Must have strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High intermediate to advanced Excel skills and aptitude with HRIS functionality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
