Farm Hand/ Operations

Citizen or a Permanent Resident to be considered for any U.QUALIFICATIONS: - Prefer good crop production experience, along with good equipment operations and equipment maintenance- Cattle feeding experience preferred, or willing and able to learn- Work well with others- Committed, loyal and honest- Self-starter, hardworking and have good attitude, with willingness to jump in where and when needed- Experience operating tractor/trailer- Local hauling with a 10 speed transmission- Need to be a team player JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good Farm and Cattle Assistant for this Kansas producer. Person will assist with all crop production during growing season. Cattle knowledge preferred but more than anything just be willing and able to help with cattle. Duties to include machinery operation for planting, spraying, cultivating and harvesting of crops. Also, should be able to repair and maintain farm vehicles and implements. When operating equipment, need to be able to observe and listen to machine operations to detect malfunctions. Some welding experience is a preferred and will need some truck driving experience. All semi driving is local, hauling grain. Rural living with lots of fishing and hunting. This is a very progressive operation and need person who can take on responsibility.
