A leading food delivery service is seeking dynamic individuals to join the Account Executive Team in the Los Angeles territory. This role focuses on sales for the SMB segment, aiding merchants in achieving their potential. It's pivotal for sustainable growth, high-value account retention, and providing consultative support to enhance business operations. The Account Executive plays a crucial role in fostering mutually beneficial revenue growth through service expansion and strategic partnerships.


Account Executive Responsibilities:

  1. Grow and expand a portfolio of high-value local restaurant groups in the greater area.
  2. Collaborate with accounts to identify growth opportunities and facilitate expansion.
  3. Educate merchants on the benefits of in-app marketing, Ads, and other product offerings.
  4. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Support teams to resolve merchant challenges.
  5. This role requires three days of in-office work per week.

Account Executive Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or new business, demonstrating a track record of growing a book of business and meeting specific goals.
  2. Experience handling integration/POS issues.
  3. Ability to articulate value propositions effectively and build compelling cases.
  4. Persistence and influence to overcome objections and secure client commitment.
