**Must-Have:**
- Expertise in managing RT duties including ventilators and code blue calls.
- Ability to work in a Level 2 nursery and emergency room settings.
**Job Description:**
- Manage all respiratory therapy duties, including the operation and maintenance of ventilators.
- Respond promptly and effectively to code blue calls.
- Provide respiratory care in various hospital units, including intensive care, nursery, OB, MS, and PCU.
- Collaborate with healthcare team and provide support in the emergency department.
- Handle an average daily census of 70 patients in a facility with 129 licensed beds.
- Work in an environment with full-time in-house hospitalist coverage.
- Participate in ongoing assessments and treatments for ICU patients with ventilators.
- Ensure high standards of respiratory care are maintained in all assigned areas.
