Job Description
The isolved HCM Field Sales Representative is in an outside sales-based environment, you'll sell new customers on our technology and services, work with insurance brokers and other centers of influence for referrals and follow up on potential leads. This position will give you the opportunity to play a key role in increasing our company relationships within the community by working with diverse clientele groups.
(Candidate must be located in the Northshore, MA / Greater Boston region)
Core Job Duties
- Follow up on leads to generate new sales
- Foster COI relationships with outside customers
- Achieve monthly quota objectives
- Effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAAS sales experience
- HCM experience required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
- A creative and independent thinker with a strong motivation for sales
- A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
