We are looking for a Plant Manager able to lead and coordinate all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, safety, and staffing. This role ensures that the facility operates at peak performance levels, producing high-quality products on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
  • Implement strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and manage plant budgets, including labor, materials, and capital expenses.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Team to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Teams to resolve technical issues and perform upgrades.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, costs, and safety.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive process improvements.


Technical Skills :

  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
  • Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
  • Preferred experience in the packaging field.
