About the job Healthcare IT Recruiter
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a HCIT Recruiter, you will partner with the Business Development team to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions for our project and client needs.
- Building and maintaining a network of resources focused on our core business areas
- Communicating with current and net new resources and leads to identify and understand their skill set, needs, ideal projects
- Leading the facilitation of technical discussions with team and prospects
- Ensuring clients satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintaining communication with existing and previous consultants, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintaining detailed reports of activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
- Source, screen interview, and evaluate candidates for project opportunities
- Build and Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirements and technical skills
- Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates for client opportunities
- Negotiate pay rates with consultants based on opportunity
- Work with sales team to help drive the delivery strategy
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting in an agency setting
- HCIT Recruiting experience highly preferred
- History of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams
- Strong work ethic and commitment
- Bachelors Degree preferred
