Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Sales Manager to join our team in the home improvement and roofing related business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in residential roofing sales and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is committed to providing quality roofing solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients on roofing solutions and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Hire, coach, train, and develop a sales and customer-service focused sales team.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in residential roofing sales and maintenance team leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
