Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join our client's team, a reputable law firm specializing in property damage and personal injury cases. With a robust team of nearly 100 attorneys spanning 30+ locations, this firm is dedicated to delivering top-tier outcomes, ensuring clients receive the maximum restitution they deserve.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex litigation from inception through trial and possess a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients. Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has the leadership skills to handle high-stakes cases.

Focus:

  • Lead litigation cases involving property damage and personal injury from initial filing to trial, including all aspects of discovery, motions, and courtroom appearances.
  • Serve as 1st chair in trials, managing the litigation strategy, preparing witnesses, and arguing motions.
  • Handle client communications, provide legal counsel, and manage expectations throughout the litigation process.
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and other team members to build strong cases.
  • Stay current with relevant case law and legal precedents that affect property damage and personal injury claims.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal requirements.

Skill Set:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on property damage and personal injury cases.
  • Proven 1st chair trial experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and win complex cases.
  • Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable but not required.
  • Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with client management and legal strategy development.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of favorable settlements.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in legal settings.
