Job Requirements / Description
Responsibilities of the position:
- Data Input: Accurately input and update data into insurance databases and systems, ensuring all information is captured and stored correctly.
- Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries by cross-checking with source documents and resolving any discrepancies.
- Report Generation: Assist in generating reports related to insurance data, ensuring reports are timely and accurate.
- Inquiries & Support: Handle data-related inquiries from internal departments, providing accurate information and support as needed.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
