Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Data Input: Accurately input and update data into insurance databases and systems, ensuring all information is captured and stored correctly.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries by cross-checking with source documents and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Report Generation: Assist in generating reports related to insurance data, ensuring reports are timely and accurate.
  • Inquiries & Support: Handle data-related inquiries from internal departments, providing accurate information and support as needed.
Qualifications we would like to see from you:
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
