As a member of this team, you will join a dynamic organization to advance the messaging and exposure of Agilent internally and throughout the markets we serve.
This 6-to-12-month intern opportunity offers an unparalleled chance for you to develop professionally while working for a global leader in laboratory and clinical technologies. The position requires a commitment of 20-25 hours weekly during business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our Santa Clara, CA site, ensuring ample time to immerse yourself in our culture and work projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in developing and implementing reputation management strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and report insights to improve brand perception.
  • Support the team in outreach efforts to encourage positive reviews and testimonials.
  • Coordinate special projects to support initiatives that expand internal and external presence and the Agilent brand.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Must have completed Sophomore or Junior year in a 4-year degree program)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong professional demeanor, as well as an eye for business required.
  • Must be a great teammate with ability to work in a fast paced, diverse team.

The US pay rate for this position is $25.6 - $36.91 per hour, plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits. Our pay rates are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum intern pay for the position across the relevant US location(s). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including any job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training.
