HR Director

Soni Pro based in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead the Human Resources department for a growing organization. The HR Director will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the HR strategy while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1. 1 - 3 years of HR experience
2. Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
3. Experience with ADP, Workday, or other HR software

Preferred Skills:

1. Master's Degree is a bonus
2. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
3. Experience handling employee investigations

Compensation: $22 - $25/Hour
