POSITION OVERVIEW

Engaging learning Surya’s buyer-seller process specific to the NAS role. Coach accounts on our KVPs. Work closely with accounts to gain insight into their goals and pain-points within business and learn to provide solutions in these areas by utilizing Surya products, tools, and resources to close on first order. Maintain account and sales activity data in Salesforce. Resolve account issues and manage/escalate concerns as appropriate. Attend and actively engage in all meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and scheduled markets/tradeshows. Assist with the creation and publication of various sales tools. Assist with market planning, including new product preparation, catalog, and hangtag proofing, showroom setup/breakdown, and account invitations and meetings.
