Senior Technology Program Manager

WHO YOU ARE:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with business, product, and technology teams to drive the execution of Global Family Office (GFO) initiatives and deliver business value to our clients. You will be interacting with executive and leadership teams as part of the frequent check-in of the program status.

Furthermore, you bring:

  1. Expertise in program management of large scale application transformation
  2. Agile experience managing several feature teams and shared services
  3. Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in the High Net worth / Ultra High Net worth segments.
  4. Extensive experience with forecast and budget management for complex initiatives with multiple teams and vendors
  5. Experience running Executive leadership and stakeholder presentations
  6. Understanding of technology interdependencies
  7. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from Product, Design, Business, and IT
  8. Experience with facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers
  9. Experience working with global delivery teams including vendors
  10. Experience in status reporting at various levels
  11. Experience in collaboration and productivity tools like Clarity, Beeline, Azure Boards, Confluence, Office 365

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Interact with business, product & technology teams to deliver business value to our clients
  2. Provide leadership support to staff related to agile development
  3. Contribute to an open culture that enables employees’ development through direct but kind feedback, promotes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of curiosity and optimism
  4. Lead implementation teams to ensure quality, completeness, and timeliness of solution delivery.
  5. Lead cross-functional and technical agile teams to deliver client experience, stable platform, automation led CI/D and empower innovation
  6. Serve as first-line of escalation for the program delivery teams
  7. Promote self-managing teams
  8. Foster the culture of learning to nurture a learning organization
  9. Enable team members to participate and contribute to communities of practice
  10. Promote a one-team culture accountable for quality
  11. Coach teams to go above and beyond their expectations to develop creative and innovative solutions
  12. Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in fostering agility
  13. Change agent for enabling culture of psychological safety, where team members are respected and encouraged to think, speak and act bravely to promote continuous improvement.
  14. Develop plans that consider the intersection of technology, digital, design, and data and create supporting KPIs to track against business outcomes
  15. Provide capital and expense budget planning adjusting priorities on a quarterly basis based on business objectives
  16. Provide thought partnership in establishing and tracking metrics to improve applications’ stability and availability, as well as sustain and improve cost efficiencies and productivity gains
