The Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Applications department is seeking the right person to join our team. We support a portfolio of 100+ non-clinical applications including Lawson, Kronos and LearnSoft. The work is fast-paced and offers a wide-range of interactions from a business and technical standpoint.
Position Summary
The Associate Systems Analyst role is accountable for the analysis, building, testing and implementation of computer systems in a healthcare setting. These systems may include, but are not limited to, functionality to support clinical, fiscal, IS and business operations. We are seeking a curious, high-energy, adaptable candidate who enjoys problem solving, helping end-users and collaborating with team mates.
This is a new full-time role that will support the ERP incident queue as well as other support tasks during daytime business hours. Accountabilities will include responding to customers, triaging and analyzing, resolving issues and/or engaging members of our team or other teams, as appropriate. No night-time or weekend coverage will be expected. This role will provide broad exposure to technologies, MaineHealth business areas and IT people and processes.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- License/Certifications: Certified in 1-2 applications or other software certifications preferred.
- Experience: Relevant healthcare analysis and design experience preferred.
