Director, Consulting KRAThe Director is a senior-level client-facing position on the Consulting team who reports to the Vice President, Consulting. The Director is responsible for co-managing a team of approximately 10 consultants at various levels of experience.Day-to-day responsibilities:Develops project goals and drive results to the goals including developing detailed work plans with deadlines and budgetsManages a team of employees including assigning work, setting schedules, and evaluating employees' performanceMaintains/follows processes and identify areas for improvement in processes and help implement sameCoordinates with leaders and team members across the company to successfully meet client expectationsInteracts professionally with bankruptcy professionals, clients and vendors throughout the projectEssential traits:Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experienceWe strongly prefer a cover letter to be submittedExtensive restructuring industry experience, with work experience at a claims and noticing agent, law firm or financial advisorExperiencing managing teams of at least five peopleProficiency in ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsHas full understanding of the chapter 11 case timelineAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions-Kroll.
