Location: 100% office-based in Kings Hill, Kent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 05:00 pm
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year with £40,000 OTE (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound residential sales leads from web, email, and phone into orders.
  • Engage with residential customers, including care homes, student accommodations, and tower blocks.
  • Achieve sales growth targets to support our goal of becoming a £50m company.
  • Update the CRM database with all inbound leads promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and work towards monthly KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and stay up to date with product training and knowledge.
  • Comply with company health and safety policies.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, especially via phone.
  • Familiarity with or interest in fire suppression systems and related products.
  • Quick learner with a strong grasp of technical subjects.
  • Persistent, driven, and tenacious with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable using social media, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • High levels of integrity and the ability to build trust with clients.
