Our client is an Owner Operated Property Manager that focuses on properties in the tri-country area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County). They have a growing portfolio of properties in the area.
Description
- Managing tenant relations: Communicating with tenants, addressing concerns or issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Leasing and marketing: Advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Property maintenance: Coordinating regular maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring that the properties are well-kept.
- Budgeting and financial management: Developing and managing property budgets, collecting rent, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Compliance: Ensuring that all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports to property owners or management on the performance of the property
Profile
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in property management for apartment buildings
- Strong leadership skills
- Track record of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- In-depth lease up experience with apartment buildings
- A deep understanding of the Florida real estate market and regulations is highly desirable.
