Your Role:

This role falls under Electronics Processes Department, encompassing business process ownership, IT process ownership and business process architecture, business transformation and change management, and data solutions. As Head of Integrated Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and transformation of our business processes within the Electronics domain. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Integrated Solutions team. This role requires a versatile individual who can effectively manage our container fleet tracking and management capabilities, including the use of our in-house iOS app, “Vector”, for barcode and RFID scanning connected to our SAP ERP system. The ideal candidate will harmoniously combine technological expertise with strategic business acumen, acting as a bridge between developers, process experts, SAP specialists, and senior supply chain leaders. Moreover, the chosen candidate will be instrumental in translating business requirements into efficient processes and technological solutions, in the areas of container management & Vector, customer specific labels and eCoAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of experts in areas such as container management, labelling, RFID eCoA/BRF+.
  • Develop and execute an applications roadmap to support supply chain and warehouse management needs, including mobile applications and labelling solutions.
  • Provide leadership in that area in ERP projects, including team assignment, capacity management, and acting as a stream lead for major initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, user experience, and policy compliance, while identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancement to boost efficiency.

Who You Are:

  • BS degree in IT or related business area. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • 8+ years of strong operational knowledge of supply chain processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse transfers, labelling, handling unit management, serialization, and container management.
  • Expertise in SAP MM-IM module and integration to production (PP) and quality (QM), with knowledge of EWM module.
  • Strong interest in iOS, apps, database technologies their related interfaces and hardware.
  • Proven track record in leading small teams with a focus on employee development and well-being.
  • Experience with RFID and BRF+ solutions, coupled with strong collaborative and strategic planning skills.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-savvy, with a focus on process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Experience in coding, software development and / or IT operations within a manufacturing environment.
