The Role:

As part of their company, you'll play a key role in estimating projects across painting, millwork, and construction, from pre-construction planning to final budgeting. Your ability to estimate costs, manage bids, and work within strict budgets will be essential to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed estimates for residential and commercial construction, focusing on painting, architectural millwork, and full-scale projects.
• Lead pre-construction phases, accurately forecasting costs and timelines for bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Utilize advanced software tools to organize bids and streamline the estimating process.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best building practices.
